Our Fees
You won't overpay with Heartland Immigration. We're proud to offer top-notch immigration legal services at an affordable price, and have every confidence that you'll find our fees favorable to our competitors. We are so proud of our fees that we're happy to list them here - you'll be hard-pressed to find many other immigration law firms that share what they charge publicly, often either because their fees are high and they don't want to be compared to others, or worse still because they're inclined to make them up as they go along, sometimes taking advantage of clients where they believe they can get away with it. With Heartland Immigration, you know ahead of time exactly what you'll pay for a given service.
We're able to keep our fees low because of our unique business model. Being an online law firm means that Heartland Immigration doesn't incur the same extensive costs that traditional firms do, and we've refined our business processes and operations to achieve maximum efficiency. We're able to pass along the savings from our low costs and efficient operations to our clients in the form of lower fees. This means Heartland Immigration's clients get quality immigration services at a lower price than they're likely to find elsewhere. It's the Heartland Immigration way.
Please note that it doesn't mean we can't perform an immigration service for you just because it's not listed here. Our immigration attorneys can handle all types of immigration law matters. In the event that you want a service performed that isn't listed here, we'll agree with you in writing on the fee before the representation begins.
Note that the fees listed below refer only to attorney fees for legal work - they do not include filing and various other fees from government agencies, such as translations and notarials, that may be incurred by clients in their immigration matter. Note also that travel costs may incurred for certain appearances; travel costs, if any, are agreed upon in writing by individuals and Heartland Immigration's attorneys before an attorney-client relationship is formed.
